SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery time:
 

  • Italy: 24-48h in most locations. 72h in disadvantaged areas

  • Europe: 3-4 business days

  • Extra-EU: 4-6 working days


Pre-orders, declined orders and pending payments are excluded from the delivery times indicated.

All shipments are tracked and fast:
 

At the time of shipment you will receive an email with the tracking code and the direct link to monitor the status of the shipment. If your area is served by BRT you will also receive an email with the delivery times so that you can be easily found at home.
If the code has not arrived contact us.

Shipping cost:

During the check-out phase, the updated price will appear based on the country and location.
In general, the prices are as follows:
 

  • Italy: FREE Shipping

  • Europe: 9.95 Euros

  • Extra-EU: 14.95 Euros

ATTENTION: Make sure you enter a valid telephone number to be contacted by the courier in case of problems with the shipment. A telephone number is required. If it is not provided, the package could not be delivered and returned at the expense of the user.

 

 

Taxes and Duties:


For specific areas and for non-EU countries, shipments may be delayed due to incoming or outgoing customs blocks. HOMPLEMENT is absolutely not responsible for customs blocks as each country regulates import or export trade with its own laws on the subject. Customs duties are charged directly by the customs of individual countries, for these reasons, we are unable to provide or predict customs duty amounts. For further information you can contact the Customs Office of your country. The payment of customs duties is the sole responsibility of the customer who will have to pay the relative amount on delivery. If the customer does not intend to pay the relative amount, the shipment cannot be delivered and will be returned to the sender with return costs borne by the customer. HOMPLEMENT will in no case be able to refund amounts relating to customs duties or import taxes.

Delivery:
 

Upon delivery, customers are requested to carefully inspect the box BEFORE signing any documents. If for any reason the box appears to have been tampered with, we advise you to sign with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the delivery bears an unauthorized signature, please open a claim with the courier immediately and contact our customer service team at team@homplement.com.

Any complaint relating to damage, missing goods and/or delivery to the wrong address, the customer must necessarily contact support at team@homplement.com within 3 days from the date of delivery of the order. Otherwise, the complaint will not be accepted.

In the event that the package is not delivered to the customer's address due to lack of cooperation from the latter (wrong telephone number, incorrect address, absence at the address, failure to comply with import regulations) the package will be sent back in Italy at the customer's expense, including any import charges assessed upon return to Italy. These expenses will be deducted from any refund.

Return and Refund Methods:

  • If for any reason you do not like the product, you can send it back to us within 14 days from the day of delivery. We will refund 100% of the paid order

  • If the product is faulty, we will send you a replacement product. In fact, you have a 1 year warranty on the product
